My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet, but there were some issues with the key cards not working properly. The staff service was excellent, especially when it came to accommodating my husband's service dog. The location, while not offering much else around, was convenient for my visit to Iowa Western Community College. The dining experience was satisfactory but could have had more variety. Overall, a decent stay with some areas for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the new room was very clean and had fresh-looking shower fixtures, the initial one was not up to standard. On the bright side, the staff were smiley and responsive to requests, but the housekeeping could use some improvement.
